Sean Dowell represents national office and industrial clients in the Triad market (Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point).  Prior corporate service clients include AXA, GE, Novartis, Iron Mountain, and LKQ Corporation.  Sean’s other area of focus includes acquisition and disposition of land.  Prior clients include Centex Homes, Levitt and Sons, Singh Development, and Citigroup Property Investors.  Additionally, Sean manages Commercial Carolina’s Triad operations. 

Sean graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in English, Secondary Education.  Before joining Commercial Carolina, Mr. Dowell's was involved in service and hospitality management for eight years and was a public school teacher in Guilford County for roughly three years. He joined Commercial Carolina Corporation in 2004, is a licensed NC broker, and a member of the Urban Land Institute.  Originally from Plantation, Florida, Sean has lived in NC since 1990 and currently lives in Gibsonville, NC.
