Charles Zevenhuizen is a Vice President in the Raleigh Office of Commercial Carolina Corporation. A licensed real estate broker in North Carolina since 2000, his career has encompassed construction, renovation and development of commercial, industrial, historical and multi-family properties in the Research Triangle area. His current focus is in investment sales, land development and office tenant representation.

A Raleigh native, Mr. Zevenhuizen attended both the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Chapel Hill. He enjoys serving his community through civic and charitable causes. He is married with two daughters, ages 19 and 13.
